I recently got some alligator clip cables and just bridged the connection on the left side of the bonnet. That way the litter robot never thinks the bonnet is removed even if it is literally removed. It sometimes gets stuck at the very start of the cycle (that is it attempts to move but fails and fast blink yellow). Other times it gets stuck during cycling when it is is about to go backward (see attached picture). My serial number is: LR3133558To call customer service back again and have them tell you that you can send the machine back for a $200 refurbishment. These machines are now going for over $600.
