Ash of War: Spectral Lance provides Occult affinity and the Spectral Lance Skill. Ashes of War can be equipped on Weapons and Shields to modify the Skill or an equipment, or to apply affinities that modify scaling values. Supposedly adding Occult to a weapon will make any status effect scale with Arcane as well. This seems a lot better than Blood infusion gutting the actual damage. I don't think it's better damage than Quality, looking at scaling tables on the wiki. But the status effect and Arcane being a pseudo magical stat might give it a niche. Any bleed/poison/occult infusion will add ARC scaling. I've been using Scimitar (with blood slash), and Hookclaws (with occult lifesteal grab, has innate bleed). The unique weapons with innate ARC scaling I've found so far are Reduvia (bleed dagger), Bloody Helice (huge rapier with bleed), Rivers of Blood (bleed katana), and Serpent Bow.
