How To Conan exiles fractured citadel: 7 Strategies That Work

I have recently picked up conan exiles. Decided to try out the Siptah map and i constantly crash on the southern area of the map. Reinstalled, verified files, ran with and without mods.I did have a few minor issues on the exile lands but it seems to be related to what ever that huge cyclone thing in the sky is.
